Bart’s Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent/Foreman to join our team in Hilton Head Island, SC area and surrounding regions. You will oversee project planning, execution, and safety, working with a skilled team on commercial electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a JM or Master license.
• Must have valid driver’s license and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects for planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects on time and within budget.
• Interpret plans, specs, and submittals to plan and coordinate commercial electrical projects.
• Self-perform electrical work as required: bend/run conduit (including underground), pull wire, install fixtures/outlets, dig ditches, read blueprints, install service, motor controls; adhere to policies and safety.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Monitor and assess performance of self and crew to improve or take corrective action.
• Understand costs/benefits of actions to choose the best option.
