The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in electrical construction and 2 years in a leadership role. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in electrical construction.
2+ years in a field leadership or superintendent role.
Experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects.
Lead site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to meet design and code requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
Conduct regular safety and quality inspections.
Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting.
Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
