The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in electrical construction and 2 years in a leadership role. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• 2+ years in a field leadership or superintendent role.
• Experience managing crews on commercial, healthcare, warehouse, or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all field activities on assigned electrical construction projects.
• Lead site operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to meet design and code requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections.
• Track manpower, materials, and progress reporting.
• Mentor field staff, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
