Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking an Electrical Foreman for Special Projects in Richmond, VA. Lead commercial electrical installations and control wiring within our Central Virginia team, directing electricians and helpers on challenging projects.

Applicants should have foreman-level experience, NEC knowledge, and strong communication skills. Valid Journeyman/Master license is a plus. We value independence, safety, and reliable driving records. Competitive pay and solid benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Foreman level experience in power and control wiring and commercial electrical installations.
• Knowledge of NEC and relevant local electrical codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead projects and supervise electricians and helpers.

Responsibilities

• Control and lead projects within the Special Projects Team.
• Maintain project documents and customer relationships.
• Provide direction to electricians and helpers.
• Perform electrical installation and repair operations on electrical and control systems.
• Install and repair equipment like relays, starters, switches, motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and distribution centers.
• Determine conduit sizes and terminations, install junction boxes, and pull conductors.
• Support wiring for retrofits, construction projects, installations, and equipment replacements.
