CarolinaPower in West Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field teams across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal projects. This hands-on role focuses on safety, schedule adherence, and quality while coordinating crafts, materials, and field logistics.

Qualifications

Experience leading onsite teams in large-scale industrial, commercial, healthcare or federal projects.
Strong focus on safety compliance and quality control.
Excellent communication and coordination across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

Lead craft workers and onsite teams to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety programs, procedures and client requirements.
Plan, schedule and supervise onsite functions (engineering, materials, logistics).
Maintain daily job logs and document violations or corrective actions.
Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.
Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment and safe culture.
