Job summary

Full Tilt Electrical, a Tulsa-area firm building with purpose, seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring foremen and crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Lead Foreman.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of commercial electrical systems, drawings, and installation methods.
• Committed to safety, quality, accountability, and developing field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on-site electrical construction activities.
• Manage, mentor, and support foremen and field crews.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Partner with Project Managers to meet schedule, budget, and productivity goals.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and lead by example.
• Conduct jobsite meetings, safety talks, and quality inspections.
• Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
