Jobot in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead multiple medium to large electrical construction projects in the region. You will manage foremen, general foremen, and site superintendents, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent required.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction.
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role.
• Experience with multiple concurrent electrical projects; strong scheduling, budgeting, and safety knowledge.

Job Details

The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple medium to large electrical construction projects within an assigned region. This role manages field leadership teams—including Foremen, General Foremen, and Site Superintendents—and ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What You Bring

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent preferred
• 15+ years of experience in electrical construction
• 5+ years in a senior field leadership role
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
• Proven ability to lead and develop field personnel
• Experience with project scheduling, manpower planning, and budgetingProficiency with Microsoft 365, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
• Experience with Procore, Trello, or Primavera is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to be available as needed to support field operations
