Job summary

Salesforce Sites seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial and industrial electrical projects in Pearl, MS. You will oversee crews, safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination with project management and other trades to keep projects on track.

The role requires extensive experience with electrical construction, drawing interpretation, testing, commissioning, and a proven ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large electrical construction crews including foremen and journeymen.
• Strong commercial/industrial electrical construction knowledge and experience.
• Advanced ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with switchgear, transformers, distribution systems, feeders, grounding, conduit and equipment installation.
• Strong manpower planning, scheduling and productivity management.
• Ability to coordinate with general contractors, project managers, engineers, inspectors and other trades.
• Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, startup and project closeout.
• Solid understanding of NEC, OSHA and on-site safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify constructability issues and implement field solutions.
• Experience managing multiple crews and work areas simultaneously.
