Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group in the United States is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field execution on major energy infrastructure projects.

You will oversee electricians and foremen on BESS, electrical infrastructure and solar installations, driving safety, quality and project performance while coordinating with engineers, estimators, subcontractors and regulators.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Electrical contractor background preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.

We’re recruiting an experienced General Superintendent to lead field execution across major energy infrastructure projects for a rapidly growing organisation in the clean energy sector.

This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing electricians and foremen across BESS, electrical infrastructure and solar installations, with a strong focus on safety, quality and project performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of construction supervision experience
• Electrical contractor background strongly preferred
• BESS and commercial solar experience preferred
• OSHA 30 required
• STS certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and field leadership skills
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites preferred
