Job summary

360X Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale 100 MW power-generation project supporting a data center in El Paso, TX.

This onsite role requires strong leadership, journeyman-level electrical skills, high-voltage experience (25–35 kV), and EPC/heavy industrial construction experience, plus experience with Procore and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership as electrical superintendent for large-scale industrial projects.
• Journeyman-level electrical background required.
• High-voltage experience (25–35 kV)
• Experience with EPC and heavy industrial construction
• Electrical installation and underground utility experience
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, productivity, safety, and quality
• Procore experience is required
• OSHA 10 minimum
• NFPA 70E preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive field execution through commissioning on a large power-generation project.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Oversee electrical installation and underground utility work.
• Coordinate with Procore and project team to meet milestones.
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA 10 required; NFPA 70E preferred).

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a large-scale 100 MW power-generation project supporting a data center in El Paso, TX.

• Onsite for the duration of the project

What We’re Looking For

• Strong electrical superintendent leadership experience
• Journeyman-level electrical background
• High-voltage experience, including 25–35 kV systems
• Large EPC and/or heavy industrial construction experience
• Electrical installation and underground utility experience
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience
• Experience managing field crews, subcontractors, schedules, productivity, safety, and quality
• Procore experience
• OSHA 10 minimum
• NFPA 70E preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
