Jayco Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead the field on a major healthcare construction project in Bentonville, AR. You will supervise electricians and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality, and coordinate with GC, engineers, and BIM teams to deliver a complex electrical scope.

The role requires 3+ years of field leadership on large projects, deep NEC knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical field leadership (Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar).
• Experience on large commercial, healthcare, mission‑critical, or institutional projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements.
• Ability to lead crews, manage workflow, and maintain high‑quality standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
