Marathon Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site projects in the Cartersville, GA area. We provide the tools, support, and dedicated team needed for you to succeed on every job, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Lead on-site electrical construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specification.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of electrical/construction experience preferred.
• Proven track record as an electrical superintendent on commercial projects.
• Dependable with a strong work history; pass drug screening.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable using iPhone/iPad for field tasks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specification.
• Act as the primary field leader and liaison between project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner representatives.
• Mentor and train foremen and field staff; maintain crew productivity and morale.
• Coordinate schedule, manpower, material deliveries, and equipment to meet project milestones.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, submittals, and specifications; communicate changes to crews.
• Perform spot checks, quality-control inspections, and punch-list management.
• Communicate daily with project managers regarding progress, issues, and change orders.
