Job Description

Kelly Services is working with a manufacturing client and seeking an experienced Electrical Soldering Assembler in North Tonawanda, NY. This position is a Direct Hire, 1st Shift, and pays $23/HR (depending on experience).

Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Pay Rate: $23/HR

Work Shift: Days Shift, Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

Location: North Tonawanda

Job Duties:

  • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
  • Use Syteline for technical reports and updates
  • Follow electrical assembly operations and customers’ work orders
  • Work on electrical assembly builds, testing transducers, and equipment maintenance
  • Solder components per IPC-J standards and use microscope for detailed projects
  • Wire boards, cap element assemblies, cut, strip wires, and solder into place

Job Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED required
  • 3 years’ experience in electrical assemblies and systems
  • 1-3 years of soldering skills
  • Syteline experience is a plus
