B.H. Inc. is hiring a full-time Electrical Solar Foreman to oversee multiple crews on industrial-scale solar sites, coordinating planning, safety, and reporting.

The Electrical Solar Foreman earns a wage of $30 to $40 (DOE) per hour, which is paid weekly. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem.

Qualifications

• Experience running crews on large-scale electrical projects.
• State-issued journeyman's license.
• Willingness to be on site with a 5 week rotation.
• Strong knowledge of Utility Scale Solar sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crews on industrial-scale solar sites.
• Coordinate project planning, safety, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
