Job summary

Goliath Construction Consulting is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects in the Orlando, Florida market. This full-time, permanent role requires strong field leadership and professional representation of the contractor in a high-visibility environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of electrical construction experience and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with proficiency in coordinating crews and resources.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
• 2+ years in supervisor roles such as Electrical Site Supervisor or Foreman.
• Experience supervising crews of 6+ electricians.
• Strong professional presentation and client interaction skills.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor installation quality, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure work is on schedule and to code.
• Coordinate with PMs, GCs, owners, architects, other trades, and client reps.
• Maintain a clean, safe site and enforce safety requirements.
• Utilize MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and Outlook for coordination and documentation.

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects in the Orlando, Florida market. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity supporting projects for a high-profile, nationally recognized client.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical field leadership experience and the ability to professionally represent the contractor in a highly visible, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor installation quality, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to code.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, owners, architects, other trades, and client representatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while enforcing company safety requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and Outlook for project coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience.
• 2+ years as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar field leadership role.
• Experience supervising electrical crews of 6+ employees.
• Strong communication skills with a professional appearance, demeanor, and approach to client interaction.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 and Journeyman License preferred.
• Ability to meet project-specific background and access requirements, including obtaining a Florida JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge.
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, or alternate shifts as project schedules require.
