You will manage IBEW personnel, enforce labor productivity, and ensure health, safety, and cost controls align with contract requirements. The role requires strong leadership, experience directing large teams, and the ability to read construction drawings and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience leading large field teams on electrical projects.
• Understanding of labor productivity metrics and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site field personnel and ensure labor utilization aligns with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Local Union Agreement and CEI standards; coordinate with Local Union office.
• Maintain project budget adherence and implement cost-control measures.
• Lead safety programs and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Coordinate with trades and stakeholders to minimize delays and resolve conflicts.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.
