The Electrical Site Superintendent will oversee on-site electrical construction activities on industrial/heavy commercial construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level field management roles within the commercial/industrial electrical construction industry.
• Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license for Michigan
• Must have a current IBEW Journeyman Inside Wireman ticket in good standing or be willing and able to join the IBEW.
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding $5 million in value.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and other construction management tools.
• Experience with prefabrication processes.
