Job summary

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC seeks an Electrical Shop Supervisor to lead a team at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. You will oversee electrical maintenance, including high/low voltage systems, manage resources, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires a valid Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman license, 5+ years supervisory experience, and U.S. citizenship for security clearance. Competitive salary and full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Seven to ten years’ experience in electrical maintenance in both low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience with resources and operations oversight.
• Comprehensive knowledge of national electrical codes.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain required security clearances.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work schedules and personnel to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure safety, security, and proper use of time and materials.
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality and productivity; coordinate with other shops and Government representatives.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance checklists.
• Adhere to safety procedures and standard timekeeping; manage tools and equipment inventory.
