Qualifications

• 3 years of service experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Customer oriented with focus on service and retention.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Flat rate pricing experience preferred.
• Pass a background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalence.
• ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality
• Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment
• Respond quickly to service requests and troubleshoot/repair electrical systems
• Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted
• Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule
• Log all services and report progress to management
• Utilize and store all equipment properly
