Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license and keep it current.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Be able to pass drug and background checks.
• Solid knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Proficient with basic computer software.
• Ability to multitask while staying organized.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets and repair electrical systems promptly.
• Minimize downtime while maintaining high-quality work.
• Communicate repair timelines to stakeholders.
• Test and assess new systems and repairs for quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and perform lasting repairs.
• Log services and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with project team to minimize material waste.
• Review drawings, follow diagrams, and ensure proper wiring before walls.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment.
