Scottsdale Air is seeking a skilled Residential Electrical Installer to join our team in the Phoenix area. The role focuses on residential electrical installations, upgrades, and large projects with teamwork and safety at the forefront.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of residential electrical installation experience, with electrical apprenticeship considered a plus. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of residential electrical installation experience preferred.
• Electrical apprenticeship experience is a plus.
• Licensed Wireman or Journeyman Electrician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical installations, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, panels, and other electrical components.
• Install electrical systems for residential homes, remodels, upgrades, and replacement projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, diagrams, and schematics.
• Run and terminate wiring and properly install electrical devices and equipment.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely and in compliance with applicable electrical codes.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for company tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members regarding project progress and installation needs.
• Work collaboratively with other installers, technicians, and project team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and complete work.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

This role is focused primarily on residential electrical installations, upgrades, and large projects.

The successful candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently while following safety standards and electrical codes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are important for working with homeowners, team members, and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
