You will diagnose, repair, and install electrical components, educate homeowners on options, and travel across the service area while maintaining tools and inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience.
• 2+ years of residential electrical service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems and components.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and financing options.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment on your vehicle.
• Travel throughout the service area to complete scheduled calls efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and customer needs.
• Obtain customer authorization and payment upon job completion.
• Meet established performance and sales goals.
• Generate opportunities for replacement consultations when appropriate.
• Consistently meet or exceed company performance standards.
