Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including power generation, transformers, circuit breakers, and communication systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to diagnose electrical problems.
• Work with minimal supervision, following standardized electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Safely install conduit, complex wiring systems, and lighting fixtures in various settings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure work meets expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and issues encountered.
• Keep up to date with industry training and certifications to stay ahead in the field.

What You Need to Succeed

• 4+ years of electrical experience (Journeyman-level preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and schematics.
• Excellent customer service skills - be professional, polite, and punctual.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and best practices.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, climbing, and kneeling.
• Must have own hand tools, drills, meter, hard hat, work boots, and code book.
