Watson Electrical Construction Co is seeking a Service Technician with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in the Raleigh area. You will troubleshoot, service, and install electrical systems across commercial and industrial environments, following codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service technician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening and background check.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions.
• Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.
• Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Use top-of-the-line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Exhibit a strong and customer-focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety.
