Qualifications

• Leadership experience in electrical service teams.
• Proven ability to deliver sales presentations and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of NEC Code and safety standards.
• Experience with sales, activity planning, and quota attainment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train service and sales team to meet goals.
• Coach technicians in technical and mechanical knowledge.
