Qualifications

• Inside Wireman Apprenticeship completion or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
• 2 years’ experience in field supervisory position required.
• 10 years minimum of electrical field experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, or other related software.
• Able to remain up to date on technical knowledge.
• Office environment with frequent travel to job sites required.
• Outdoor work environment with exposure to dust, humidity, heat, and cold.
• Frequent exposure to stressful situations.
• Routine overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project set-up, budgeting and job cost entry for material, labor, subcontracts, and DJE.
• Plan and schedule construction activities and cash flow; monitor values and billing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to procure materials and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to pre-plan resources and schedules.
• Maintain proactive communication with Alterman personnel about duties and progress.
• Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and grow revenue with assigned accounts.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Service.
