Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial settings. The role involves diagnostics, wiring work, and ensuring safety compliance across projects.

You will respond to service calls, perform routine maintenance, and document work orders while delivering quality customer service and meeting deadlines. A valid electrician license and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Electrician license required (location/project dependent).
• 3–5 years of lighting and electrical experience preferred.
• Valid and current driver's license required.
• Must pass a drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Troubleshooting: diagnose faults with testing instruments and locate causes.
• Electrical Repairs and Maintenance: repair/replace wiring, components, and fixtures to restore function.
• Service Calls and Work Orders: respond promptly and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Safety Compliance: follow codes, PPE, lockout/tagout and safety guidelines.
• Electrical Installations: assist with wiring, panels, switches, and components.
• Maintenance Contracts: perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Customer Service: communicate issues and options clearly to clients.
• Documentation and Reporting: keep accurate service logs and reports.
• Upgrades and Improvements: identify energy-efficient upgrades and replacements.
