Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring an Electrical Service Professional Apprentice/Helper in Covington, LA. You will work alongside experienced electricians on residential and commercial service work, gaining hands-on experience and progressing toward a full service technician role.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, repairs, and maintenance; troubleshooting and diagnostics; tool and material handling; and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead electricians with installations, repairs and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Help troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests.
• Carry and organize tools, materials and equipment for each job site; pull wire and install conduit under supervision.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized and safe; follow safety guidelines and company protocols.
