Job summary

Graybar in Thornton, CO is launching a Sales Trainee program to teach you Graybar’s sales process and the electrical distribution business through formal training sessions and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through departments—sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes—to gain exposure to all areas of the business. The program runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with starting pay at $25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP and more.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
