Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Sales Trainee in Ohio to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning. You will rotate through sales, logistics, and service to gain a broad view of the business.

You bring a 2- or 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) and strong teamwork and communication skills; valid driver's license required; hours are Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
