Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee in Missouri to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through sales, logistics, customer service, and project processes, develop product knowledge, and gain exposure to all areas of our business before transitioning into a sales role.

Qualificações

• 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
