Job summary

Frank Gay Residential is seeking a skilled Electrical Safety Advisor to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential electrical systems. You will lead customer education, ensure safety compliance, and support ongoing service excellence in a fast-paced home environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on electrical work, teamwork, and customer-facing responsibilities with a strong focus on code compliance and safety procedures. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Electrical Service experience minimum.
• Knowledge of the electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage a fleet vehicle and inventory.
• Strong customer service, honesty, and reliability.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers.
• Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $125,000+/yr

What We Need from YOU:
