Job summary

Frank Gay Services is seeking an Electrical Install Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, and install residential electrical systems. You will educate customers, manage truck stock, and schedule service calls while upholding safety and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of residential electrical experience, knowledge of codes, and strong customer service. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential electrical installation experience.
• Experience in panel installation, meter pan installation, troubleshooting, outdoor electrical service, riser install.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service, honesty, dependability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential electrical systems and guide customers to informed decisions.
• Identify and communicate electrical issues with customers.
• Educate customers on their electrical systems, functions, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked truck inventory for each job.
• Document work performed by following company procedure.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up electrical service or installation calls when needed.
