Job summary

JAE Houston, LLC seeks an Electrical Assembling Technician to repair directional module packages for the oil & gas industry at the Houston Repair Center. The role focuses on electrical assembly, soldering with HMP and PB86, and meticulous inspection.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 3–5 years of related soldering experience. No travel is required; lifting up to 20 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. IPC certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of related experience in HMP and PB86 soldering, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of units returned for repair.
• Repair tasks: remove RTV, replace parts, solder with HMP and PB86, ensure correct alignment.
• Inspect work performed and other technicians' work.
• Data entry of defect information and repair work.
• Visual outgoing inspection of repaired units.
