Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking an Electrical Reliability Resource Team Leader for the Battleground Manufacturing Complex in La Porte, TX. You will oversee the Electrical Distribution System (EDS) with 138 kV through 12.47 kV, ensuring safe operation, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team and coordinate with maintenance, operations, and contractors, driving continuous improvement, asset management in SAP, and reliability initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of electrical maintenance, reliability, or power distribution experience in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency with electrical testing, troubleshooting, protective relaying, and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and INEOS 20 Principles across the team and contractors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Electrical Reliability personnel and contract resources.
• Own and manage the Electrical Distribution System (EDS) for safe, reliable operation.
• Provide technical leadership for reliability programs and investigations into failures.
• Support turnarounds and capital projects with planning, scoping, and execution.
