Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or HS Diploma + 5+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
• Experience leading electrical maintenance or reliability teams.
• Knowledge of predictive, preventive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical maintenance personnel.
• Improve equipment reliability through predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
• Drive safety, environmental, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with operations to minimize downtime and maximize plant performance.
• Coach and develop employees through training, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and root cause failure analysis.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage routine maintenance activities, work execution, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in outage planning, major repairs, and capital improvement projects.
