Qualifications

• Degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of electrical design experience, preferably with transformers.
• R&D experience in an industrial setting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of magnetic, dielectric or thermal design is advantageous.
• Familiarity with FEM or 2D circuit‑simulation tools is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute inventive electrical design ideas to R&D projects.
• Lead or support initiatives meeting time, cost and quality objectives.
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities.
• Design and execute experiments to validate solutions.
• Document progress and develop design rules from findings.
• Participate in IP discussions and risk evaluations.
• Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams and customers.
• Collaborate with global R&D peers to optimize designs.
• Support cost-out initiatives and design portfolio for the Missouri site.
