Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Yulista is a fast-paced government contractor specializing in high-mix, low-volume environments. Electrical Quality Inspectors perform detailed electrical inspections of products for compliance with the technical data package during in-process and final inspection phases.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, specifications, purchase orders, statements of work, and standards to determine quality status.
  2. Perform inspections on electrical components and assemblies utilizing applicable specifications.
  3. Determine acceptance or rejection of materials presented for inspection.
  4. Complete non-conformity and corrective action reports as required.
  5. Maintain good organization skills and utilize Microsoft Office software to document and record inspection results accurately and timely.
  6. Understand regulatory requirements related to Counterfeit Parts.
  7. Familiarity with various specifications applicable to defense products and materials, including checking Material Test Reports and Certificates of Conformance.
  8. Use measuring instruments for in-process inspection and ensure all measuring equipment is functioning per its requirements.
  9. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality program for internal and external customers.
  10. Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
  • Understanding of IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-WHMA-620, MIL-STD-454 (one or more).
  • Familiarity with AS9100 environment and AS9102 First Article Inspection.
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ANSI/ASME Y 14.5 (GD & T).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of a High School diploma/GED.
  • Four (4) years of quality experience, including working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (government and/or commercial).
  • Maintain necessary certifications to perform duties.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
