Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Quality Control, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in quality control within the electrical industry, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or engineering projects.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on electrical systems, components, and equipment to verify functionality and adherence to standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QC measures to ensure electrical systems are built to high standards and maintain procedures to prevent defects.
• Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated with electrical codes, regulations, and standards to ensure safety and legal compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document results, create inspection reports, and maintain records; report non-compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve QC processes and reduce risks.
• Calibration and Maintenance: Oversee calibration and maintenance of testing equipment for accurate results.
• Training: Collaborate with teams to provide QC training and support.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Supplier Evaluation: Assess supplier performance to meet quality standards.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
