Job summary

A leading construction firm based in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead project quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in electrical construction and extensive knowledge of the USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System. Responsibilities include supervising inspectors, reviewing construction documents, and analyzing quality data. A high school diploma and passing of a background check are required. Preferred qualifications include a Journeyman's Electrical License and completion of a certified Apprenticeship Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years electrical or related construction experience.
• Extensive knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System.
• Ability to pass a basic background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project quality control activities.
• Supervise Quality Control Inspectors and monitor performance.
• Review design and construction documents for compliance.
• Direct implementation of quality control processes.
• Oversee field inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Participate in project meetings to address quality risks.
