Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree, at least four years of hands-on experience in construction or quality control, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 4 years hands-on experience in construction, estimation, and/or quality control.
• Ability to obtain state-issued Journeyman License within 6 months.
• Experience with reading contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document approval or rejection of inspected materials and components.
• Participate in daily ORM meetings to discuss quality issues.
