Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect control panels and components to ensure quality.
• Review electrical schematics and Bills of Materials for accuracy.
• Perform electronic testing and verify wire tags for reliability.
• Conduct AC/DC system testing up to 480V while following safety standards.
• Test instrument loops and PLCs to support operations.
• Execute I/O testing using systems like Scada Pak, Schneider Electric, and Allen‑Bradley.
• Fill out corrective work orders and track progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Be available for overtime or weekend shifts when required.
