Qualifikationen

• 10+ years field experience, including at least 5 years as a project superintendent.
• Journeyman or Master License required.
• Travel: 75%.
• Flexible schedule; 6am–6pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Aufgaben

• Conducts Quality inspections to ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and installation standards are followed.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to refine job site processes.
• Provides valid statistics and analyses to the Commissioning Manager regarding job site Quality.
• Provides guidance to field employees, project supervisors, and management on job site Quality.
• Coaches and develops employees on audits and novel work or crisis situations.
• Develops project commissioning schedules and methods of procedures for critical activities.
• Supports Preconstruction in developing site-specific training curricula and QA/QC schedules.
• Writes methods of procedures for critical activities and develops site safety plans.
