Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a QC Manager in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, responsible for managing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for large-scale electrical data center construction projects. You will develop QAQC plans, oversee inspection activities, and lead a team of QAQC Technicians.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in electrical construction, strong understanding of NEC and NFPA codes, and excellent leadership abilities. The position requires thorough documentation management to ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of QAQC experience in electrical construction, preferably in data center projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical QAQC programs from installation through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project-specific QAQC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans.
• Manage QAQC documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to QAQC field technicians.
• Conduct audits and performance reviews to monitor adherence to quality standards.
