We are seeking a driven and capable Electrical QA Supervisor to support hyperscale data center projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, self-direction, client representation, and solid project management fundamentals. Experience in data center development, design, engineering, controls, and operations is a plus.

You will play an integral role in implementing the Quality Management System (QMS), coordinating construction audits, and commissioning services. The QA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring work quality, compliance with codes and safety regulations, and meeting contractual requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand project scope and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Review and verify material submittals for approval.
• Manage project documents including submittals, RFI logs, and maintenance logs.
• Update QC punch lists and coordinate with contractors for completion.
• Conduct quality audits and site inspections.
• Adhere to HSE standards.
• Provide technical support for operational challenges and client concerns.
• Develop and implement audit and test plans.
• Maintain quality manuals, checklists, and forms.
• Collaborate with third-party QA/QC firms.
• Participate in QMS audits.
• Build relationships with project partners and clients.
• Ensure document control and maintain project logs and reports.
• Verify material compliance and document non-conformance issues.
• Manage project closeout documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare progress reports and reviews.
• Oversee subcontractor work and commissioning processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 15+ years of construction and quality management experience.
• Bachelor's in electrical, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in field engineering, inspection, NDE, and QA/QC functions.
• Proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and codes.
• Experience managing non-conformance and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and project procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical knowledge of materials and construction.
• Experience in large commercial or industrial projects, especially data centers.
• Understanding of QMS, punch list procedures, and project closeout.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of high, medium, and low-voltage systems, HVAC, control systems, and green building projects.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP, CCQM, USACE, CQA, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, LEED.
