Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Specialist - Electrical to support quality assurance and control activities for electrical assemblies, fabricated units, and shop production processes.

The role focuses on verifying completion per drawings, specifications, and codes while preventing defects from moving to the field. The specialist will work closely with production, supervision, engineering, and shipping to ensure quality throughout fabrication and delivery, maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical fabrication, installation, or related trade environments.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, one-lines, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of electrical assemblies to verify compliance with drawings and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials for accuracy.
• Verify components are installed correctly and assemblies are properly labeled and complete before release.
• Inspect workmanship and overall quality of fabrication to meet project requirements.
• Identify errors, deficiencies, or non-conforming work during fabrication and prior to shipment.
• Coordinate with shop personnel and departments to correct quality issues promptly.
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, punch items, and checklists.
