Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical QAQC Engineer to oversee onsite quality control, review drawings, and verify compliance with project requirements. You will coordinate testing, inspections, and keep meticulous records to ensure safety and quality across industrial electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
• Hands-on experience as an Electrical Foreman with QC involvement.
• Strong communication with GCs, PMs, foremen, and leadership.
• Familiarity with construction software and project tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to travel, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite quality control processes.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and RFIs for compliance.
• Evaluate and approve technical documents for accuracy and quality.
• Track delivered equipment against documentation and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with GC and QC manager.
• Perform site audits to ensure code compliance and safety standards.
• Attend safety trainings and comply with policies.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
