Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to monitor, inspect, and document electrical installations on commercial and industrial construction projects. This on-site role reports to the QA/QC Manager and serves as the on-site quality checkpoint from rough-in through commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of electrical inspection experience, knowledge of NEC/NFPA, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical inspection or QA/QC in commercial/industrial construction.
• Knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with inspection documentation tools (Procore/Bluebeam).
• Valid driver''s license.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of electrical installations.
• Verify installations conform to drawings, NEC, and applicable codes.
• Generate detailed inspection reports, NCRs, and punch lists.
• Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, superintendents, and AHJ inspectors.
• Attend pre-installation meetings and project coordination sessions.
• Support commissioning activities and coordination with third-party testing agencies.
