Job summary

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years of electrical installation or punch-out experience.
• Familiarity with power tools and safe operation.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 15 months and able to operate company vehicle per FCCI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review punch lists and ensure all electrical tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Inspect installed electrical systems for compliance with blueprints, specifications, NEC code, and safety standards.
• Identify and repair deficiencies such as missing covers, incomplete terminations, or faulty connections.
• Perform minor adjustments to ensure full functionality of outlets, switches, lighting, breakers and other components.
• Collaborate with electricians, contractors and site supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and ensure work meets company standards.
• Document completed tasks and communicate job status to supervisors or project leads.
• Prepare job sites for final inspections and assist in walk-throughs if needed.
• Operate hand tools, testing devices, and company equipment safely and responsibly.
