Responsibilities

• Maintain and foster contacts with facilities operations, owners, consultants, contractors, vendors and material suppliers.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding electrical engineering activities.
• Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling updates, submit deliverables and address outstanding open items as requested by clients.
• Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Review and monitor job costs versus budgets.
• Provide guidance and direction for estimators during the estimation process.
• Manage and assist project layout and coordination.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.
