Job summary

McGraw Kokosing is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical teams on large-scale industrial projects from preconstruction through final completion, with safety and quality at the forefront. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, vendor relations, submittals, and procedures, while guiding Project Engineers and Foremen to meet milestones.

Candidates should have 10+ years field experience or a 4-year engineering/construction degree, plus Michigan licensing and union project

Qualifications

• 10 years field experience in skilled trades or related.
• 4-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent.
• Union project experience preferred.
• Michigan Electrical Contractor’s License and eligibility to work in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Set safety culture 24/7 for crews.
• Lead electrical projects from planning to finish, including scheduling and coordination.
• Coordinate schedule to meet milestones and budgets.
• Ensure resources (equipment, material, information) are available.
• Represent company in owner progress meetings.
• Oversee project team and supervision of field staff.
